Boneless Lamb Leg Roast

 The boneless leg roast is an easy to cook and carve roast. All meat, it can be made to reflect many different flavours. Oven roast with simple salt and pepper, rub with rosemary and garlic, or slow cook with cayenne, cumin, and coriander.
