Lamb Sampler Box

Spring is here and lamb season comes along with it!

The sampler box contains our most popular items. It includes:

• 1 lb ground lamb - the most versatile way to use lamb 
  
• 1 shank - low and slow to make the most of this delicious cut
  
• 1 breakfast sausage (non-pork casing) - paired with some duck eggs for the best breakfast
  
• 2 lbs soup bones - make broth, add flavour to your soup, pasta, or simmer in a curry.
