Farmstead Sheep Milk Cheese

Like a traditional gouda, once the curds have been cut, they are washed in a bath of hot water. Once the curds have shrunk, they are then placed into the cheese mold and drained. It's then salted and packaged. A baby cheese that's very  mild.

 Perfect for crackers, eating on it's own, or melting on a fine meal.
