Gray Catbird - Watercolour Sketch

Often hiding in the trees, unseen, the Gray Catbird has a distinctive call. Here on the farm they can be heard in the summer calling with their catlike mews. Although not colourful, their striking grey feathers are beautiful in their own right. Common and Latin name of bird is written on painting in pencil.

Painting is approximately 5" x 8" and mounted on a 8" x 10" board, ready for framing.
