Rhubarb Maple Cheesecake Sheep Milk Gelato

Our premium, hand crafted, small batch maple sheep milk gelato is refreshing, creamy, and delicious, with the perfect amount of sweetness and richness! It has less fat than sheep milk ice cream, and is made  using only milk from our pastured sheep, and local, organic, and fair trade ingredients. The maple flavour is made using organic vanilla, local maple syrup, and a dash of sea salt. Each batch is carefully hand packed.

Our gelato fits perfectly into a Clean Food diet and maple syrup has a lower glycemic index than other sweeteners. This is a good alternative for those sensitive to the proteins or fats in cow milk.  Our happy sheep are ethically and sustainably raised on pasture.
