Whole Lamb Box-2024

Years of experience has taught us how to get the most our of each lamb. Being milking sheep, they are a little different than meat sheep. Our lamb is leaner, milder, and always delicious. Each cut has been carefully chosen so you get the best value and choice that works for that particular cut. Specialty cuts such as organ meats, bellies, and heads can be requested for as well.

Whole Lamb box includes:

• 2 Rack of Lamb
  
• 1 boneless loin roast
• boneless stew from shoulder
• 1 Leg Roast (bone-in)
• Leg Steaks
• 4 shanks
• Ground lamb from trim. bellies, etc.
• Bones for broth

 Available for farm or market pick-up. We will be in contact with you to determine actual pick-up date.
