Tending and Grafting - seed paper greeting card

Unique greeting card of Jennifer's farm inspired artwork on plantable wildflower seed paper. An ideal way to send your feeling and give the gift of plants as well.

 Tomatoes are one of our favourite plants to grow ourselves. Garden tomatoes are flavourful, juicy, and come in oh so many varieties. Not all varieties thrive in all conditions. A way to mitigate this is to graft one variety onto the rootstock of another variety, just like grafting fruits such as apples and pears. Its an easy way to make the first step beyond just planting seeds.

Each card is 4"x5" and comes with it's own recycled, unbleached kraft paper envelope. 

Plantable paper is a biodegradable eco-paper made with post-consumer and post-industrial paper waste that is embedded with seeds. (No trees harmed for this paper!) When the paper is planted in a pot of soil, the seeds grow and the paper composts away.
